Privacy notice

2. Hosting and log data
This website is hosted by Vercel. Technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser information may be processed. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
3. Email
When you contact us by email, the submitted information is processed to answer your request. The mailbox is operated through Hosttech. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
4. Scheduling
The booking link opens an external Cal.com page. Data is transferred to Cal.com only after that link is opened. No Cal.com widget is embedded on this website. The provider's own privacy information applies there.
5. Finance OS demo
The demo operates locally in the browser wherever possible. Profile and demo data may be stored in local browser storage where technically necessary. No real client data is required for the demo.
6. Downloads
Finance OS may be delivered through a GitHub Release. The download host's processing also applies when a download begins. The website lists the version and checksum.
7. External links
Links to LinkedIn, X and other external services are not embedded. A connection to the respective provider is made only when a link is actively opened.
8. Cookies and tracking
At launch, this website uses no analytics, marketing or social-media cookies and no advertising tracking. Technically necessary local storage may be used in the Finance OS demo.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, data subjects have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
